Doctoral Students Amy Wang and Kerry O'Brien Present at the Eastern Psychological Association Conference in NYC

Second-year PhD students Amy Wang and Kerry O'Brien presented a poster at the Eastern Psychological Association Conference on March 7th in NYC! Amy and Kerry spoke about their joint study, titled "Street Smarts or Stereotypes?: White Women's Personal Safety Decisions When Encountering Black vs. White Men." This project, funded by a PSC-CUNY grant, is the first in a series of studies examining women's fears around gender-based violence in the context of racial profiling.
